The publishing house has been founded in 1972 from Flavio Puviani (Dead Monday 8 March 2005).

The Director is Roberto Puviani.

The publishing production is oriented nearly exclusively in the artistic field: catalogues of art (the main one is INTERNATIONAL DICTIONARY ENCICLOPEDICO Of CONTEMPORARY ART in production from 1992), poetry books, storys, novels, saggistica, monographys, books of novellistic, litografie and cd-rom.
