Book seems like it may be assembled in a different order and with out inclusion of all chapters to meet my wants in the course I would consider this book for. Technically, there were no problems with the hyperlinks and the charts were clear. However, the educational experience would be significantly enhanced by the addition of more detailed charts summarizing the narrative.
