public leadershipThree traits are apparent in immediately’s liberal democracies: an ever more pronounced focus on political leaders; a heightening of this focus by electronic media; and more aggressive actions by leaders and the elites wherein they’re embedded. Over the following couple of months, participating members of SLC will provide guidance to enhance sustainable leadership curricula throughout three intensive two-hour sessions and a culminating two-day conference. The mannequin is being co-produced with experienced practitioners who will help ELI in developing a brand new concept-based leadership curriculum. We consider that this will require a move towards a brand new idea of Creative Public Leadership.

This minor is intended to offer college students with a strong theoretical, practical and applied understanding of management and the position that political and/or public actors can play in the public domain of both democratic and non-democratic states to achieve their coverage objectives, affect optimistic social change and impression the coverage selections of governments.

College students will choose programs from the Faculty of Social Sciences that tackle these themes, growing a robust interdisciplinary grasp on the different ideas of leadership and their application to completely different policy and public environments.

For 38 years, the Public Management Education Community (PLEN) has been altering the lives of thousands of college ladies throughout the U.S. and the world.
